Fish pass design on the Broye River (Moudon)

The Broye River at Moudon is heavily canalized and has several chutes and dams that are obstacles to fish migration. Within the framework of a huge river restoration project, AquaVision Engineering has designed a series of 4 different fish passes along the river to enhance fish migration.

Works performed within the framework of this project include feasibility and final design studies, public enquiry phase, construction phases. The first fish pass has been constructed end of 2006.
